This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which KXPACKAGE ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information gathered from users, clients, purchasing agents, and visitors ("User" or "Buyer") across our website and industrial manufacturing operations. As an international B2B custom packaging manufacturer, we uphold strict standards regarding confidentiality, data integrity, and compliance with global privacy regulations including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
1. Scope and Applicability
This policy applies solely to commercial interactions, inquiries, digital tools, sample requests, and contract manufacturing relationships handled via kxpackage.com. It does not apply to third-party services, independent freight lines, or inspection platforms operating outside our direct control.

3. How We Process and Use Collected Data
All information is gathered strictly under legitimate commercial interest and contractual necessity to:
- Generate structural dielines, accurate engineering mockups, and transparent manufacturing quotes.
- Program automated digital presses, cylinder engraving systems, lamination machines, and pouch converters.
- Facilitate global logistics, inland trucking, sea/air cargo booking, export customs documentation, and DDP clearance.
- Provide production progress notifications, batch inspection reports, and responsive after-sales support.
- Prevent fraudulent transactions and verify export trade compliance.
4. Intellectual Property & Artwork Non-Disclosure
5. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your corporate information to brokers or third-party marketing companies. Data is disclosed only to verified operational entities necessary for transaction execution:
- Logistics Providers: International express couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) and licensed sea/air freight forwarders to facilitate door-to-door delivery.
- Customs & Regulatory Authorities: Border inspection agencies, export/import customs bureaus, and tax authorities as required by international trade law.
- Certified Testing Laboratories: Third-party verification bureaus (e.g., SGS, TÜV) when specialized FDA or EU food-contact certification is commissioned by the Buyer.
6. Data Security and Record Retention
We utilize enterprise-grade SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) 256-bit encryption, localized firewalls, and restricted administrative protocols to protect all stored information. Commercial records, dielines, and artwork files are securely archived in our encrypted database to ensure seamless re-order calibration, consistent cylinder matching, and warranty verification. You may request permanent file deletion following contract fulfillment.
7. International Data Transfers & Client Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you retain the right to inspect, correct, export, or request the erasure of your personal records.
